Charlotte Robertson

Registered Psychotherapist, CRPO

Charlotte is a trauma-informed and relational psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals seeking meaningful and lasting change. She understands that symptoms such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and relational distress are often expressions of painful or overwhelming life experiences. At the same time, she recognizes that when provided with the right support, individuals have the capacity for profound healing and growth.

With warmth and clinical insight, Charlotte guides clients through a process of self-discovery—helping them untangle long-standing patterns and reconnect with their inner strengths. Through collaborative and compassionate work, clients are empowered to cultivate greater authenticity, resilience, and emotional balance.

My Approach

Charlotte specializes in supporting individuals and families navigating the effects of complex trauma and relational challenges. She is passionate about helping clients repair relationships, heal old wounds, and move toward greater emotional clarity and connection.

Grounded in the latest research and developments in neuroscience, Charlotte brings an integrative approach to therapy. She combines IFS-informed techniques, psychodynamic exploration, and emotion-focused and emotionally focused interventions to tailor each session to the unique needs of the client.

In her work, Charlotte creates a collaborative and compassionate space where clients can explore difficult experiences, understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop practical pathways for meaningful change.
